Visa is seeking a Client Care Analyst in Bogotá to support the Client Care organization by delivering fast, effective service models and resolutions. You will partner with leaders, technology teams, and survey vendors to drive client experience initiatives and actionable insights from data analytics.

The role requires strong project management, executive communication, and the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2+ years in related roles.
• Experience supporting client experience initiatives in financial/CX environments.
• Strong data analytics and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Client Care initiatives by partnering with leadership and vendors to improve survey management.
• Use data analytics to provide actionable insights for client experience.
• Lead process improvements with strong project management.
• Collaborate with business leadership and technology teams on solutions.
• Communicate executive-level insights on client experience surveys.
• Serve as a technical/functional specialist with minimal guidance.
