Job summary

Gamma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key R2R activities and drive accurate financial reporting with robust controls. You will work with local and global Finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and statutory requirements, while leading process improvements and developing the local accounting team.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative, proactive approach in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong experience with financial close, statutory accounting, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and audits.
• Experience working in multinational or complex financial environments.
• Exposure to SOX and Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms is desirable.
• Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audit activities, and SOX controls.
• Partner with local and global Finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and greater operational efficiency.
• Support and develop the local accounting team, promoting high-quality and timely delivery.
