Auxis is seeking an Accounting Manager to support the CFO in managing accounting functions. The role supervises the accounting team, ensures timely close and local reporting, and provides financial analysis to guide decision-making.

The candidate will oversee GL, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, and budgeting processes in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with other departments to deliver accurate financial information.

Formación

• Must have bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and related financial tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate GL and reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly local reporting obligations.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and AP processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with audits and tax compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts; support budget consolidation.
