HONOR in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an HR Coordinator to support comprehensive HR processes, talent management, policy adherence, and initiatives for employee well-being and development. You will coordinate recruitment, organizational climate, OHS, and administrative activities, ensuring timely support across departments and maintaining confidential employee records.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, with exposure to recruitment, well-being, climate, and personnel administration.

Formación

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources processes.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee well-being, climate, administration, and/or OHS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes is required.

Responsabilidades

  • Support recruitment and selection: post vacancies, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, track stages, onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate organizational climate, engagement, and employee experience: support surveys, analyze results, implement action plans.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring OHS activities in collaboration with system owners.
  • Manage administrative HR processes: document handling, database maintenance, personnel updates, record-keeping, certifications, internal procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the comprehensive management of Human Resources processes, contributing to effective talent management, adherence to internal policies, and the execution of initiatives focused on employee well-being and development. The role coordinates activities related to recruitment and selection, organizational climate, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), administrative processes, compliance, and well-being, ensuring timely support for both employees and the organization's various departments.

Responsibilities:

Support recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, tracking process stages, and handling onboarding documentation.

Coordinate activities related to organizational climate, culture, engagement, and the employee experience, supporting surveys, results analysis, and action plans.

Support the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities in coordination with those responsible for the system.

Manage and support administrative HR processes, including documentation, database maintenance, personnel updates, record-keeping, issuing certifications, and tracking internal procedures.

Contribute to monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to human talent management.

Coordinate and execute activities focused on employee well-being, team integration, recognition, and quality of work life.

Keep employee information and documentation up to date, ensuring organization, confidentiality, and traceability.

Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on internal HR policies and procedures.

Prepare basic HR management reports and performance indicators.

Support strategic HR projects and initiatives based on organizational needs.

Profile:

Education: Professional degree or technical diploma in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, Labor Relations, or related fields.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources processes, preferably with cross-functional involvement in recruitment, employee well-being, organizational climate, personnel administration, and/or OHS (Occupational Health and Safety).
