adidas Global Business Services in Colombia is seeking an HR Services Administrator. You will perform general HR admin tasks, support payroll activities, and act as a contact for the HR community and stakeholders.

You’ll work with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems while ensuring accurate data and timely service delivery. Join a diverse, multi-national team and contribute to digitizing HR processes, data audits, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree or Commercial education.
• 3+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR.
• Good knowledge of HR and Business computing solutions, with SAP HR/ SAP OM knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications.
• Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style.
• Team player mentality.
• Strong customer focus and service minded.
• International mindset; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance.
• Very good command of English B2.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general administration within the HR Services team for defined processes and tools, and support payroll activities.
• Be a contact person for the HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services processes and challenges.
• Maintain system wide through SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems
• Perform reports and manage employee system requests
• Handle standard inquiries & support via ticket service, phone, or email
• Execute tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels
• Support and administer digitization within HR Services
• Identify improvement potential and implement improvements
• Prepare data and system audits and execute accordingly
• Provide information to employees on HR Services topics according to knowledge base
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures and systems
• Ensure legal compliance in employee/master data and organizational data
• Suggest modifications to systems and processes for compliance
• Input for user manuals and process mappings
• Input for communication of standards to employees
• Participate in workshops with subject matter experts
