Job summary

IQOR COLOMBIA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a fixed-term contract to oversee day-to-day HR operations at our Envigado office. You will manage contracts, onboarding, training materials, and HR compliance, ensuring a supportive employee experience in a dynamic environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR Generalist work, strong English skills (B2+/C1), and a solid understanding of local labor laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience (call center/BPO preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+/C1).
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with urgency.
• Experience with HR information systems and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law (Colombia).

Responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actions.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems and evaluating solutions.
• Oversee special projects with timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and advise management on actions.
• Provide onboarding support and integrate new hires into the culture.
• Review and file new hire paperwork efficiently.
• Track and administer employee leave and attendance processes.
• Administer Employee Satisfaction Surveys to gauge engagement.
• Address employee relations, concerns, and performance issues promptly.
• Maintain personnel files and conduct exit interviews as needed.
• Update policies and procedures as required by law or business needs.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture through day-to-day tasks.
