IQOR COLOMBIA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a fixed-term contract to oversee day-to-day HR operations at our Envigado office. You will manage contracts, onboarding, training materials, and HR compliance, ensuring a supportive employee experience in a dynamic environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of HR Generalist work, strong English skills (B2+/C1), and a solid understanding of local labor laws.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience (call center/BPO preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+/C1).
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with urgency.
• Experience with HR information systems and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law (Colombia).

• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actions.
• Improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems and evaluating solutions.

Join Our Team as an HR Generalist (Fixed-Term Contract)! Are you a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist with a passion for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an HR department? Do you thrive on ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while supporting employees' professional development? If so, we want YOU to join our team! As our HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of employee management, handling everything from contract management to organizing training days and educational materials for new hires. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending actionable steps.
• Improve manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
• Oversee and complete special projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research, and fulfilling transactions.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated on legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
• Provide a warm onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture.
• Review and file new hire paperwork efficiently.
• Track and administer employee leave while ensuring smooth processes.
• Administer our Employee Satisfaction Survey to gauge employee engagement.
• Address employee relations, concerns, and performance issues as they arise.
• Manage documentation in personnel files and conduct exit interviews as needed.
• Update and revise employee policies and procedures as required by law or business needs.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture by managing day-to-day office tasks.
• Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.

Skills/Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist; call center (BPO) experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1).
• Bachelor?s degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• A strong ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and possess a high sense of urgency.
• Background in roles requiring customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR Information Systems.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law (Colombia).
