Zusammenfassung

ScotiaGBS is seeking an HR Services Operations professional to contribute to data management and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced global environment. The role focuses on processing HR data changes, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and internal controls.

You will support data accuracy, transactional processing, and stakeholder communication while upholding Scotiabank values and performing within established SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Post-Secondary Degree in HR or Business or pursuing related field.
• Relevant experience resolving customer service requests.
• Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
• Strong knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
• Experience with transaction processing and data management.

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Process position, job and employee data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through internal controls
• Respond to inquiries pertaining to position management and employee lifecycle events
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities
• Adheres to Scotiabank’s values and Code of Conduct and supports operational controls across risk areas

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the HR Services Operations team in Canada ensuring specific individualgoals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies andprocedures.

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships,systems and knowledge.
• Process position, job and employee data changes in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle events
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through establishedinternal control mechanisms
• Respond to inquiries pertaining to position management and employee lifecycle events and answering escalatedissues from different stakeholders
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities anddecisions
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’sValues, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to andeffectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance,AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Education / Experience / Other Information

• Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business or pursuing an education in a related field.
• Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests.
• Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
• Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with transaction processing and data management.
• Experience in conflict/issue resolution.
• Strong computer application skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat is considered anasset
