Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in HR, Business, or pursuing related field.
• Experience resolving customer service requests.
• Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
• Strong understanding of bank policies and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with transaction processing and data management.
• Conflict/issue resolution experience.
• Proficient MS Excel, Word; Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process position, job and employee data changes in HR systems.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues from stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records.
• Operate HR systems and support case management and payroll processes.
