Visa seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to shape a welcoming, innovative environment and ensure smooth workplace operations at our Bogotá site. You will lead engagement, coordinate with Facilities and Ops, and act as a Visa ambassador through a hospitality‑driven approach.

You will partner with the Site Lead to align services with enterprise standards and local priorities, manage programs, events, and communications, and drive continuous improvement across the workplace experience function.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to site needs and priorities.
• Coordinate vendors and site programs to deliver a hospitality‑driven environment.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security and HR to support site operations and improvements.
