Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
• Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted search strategies for executive and senior talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage offers for placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
• Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
