PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Health Experienced Associate Engagement Ambassador to support client engagements in Advisory. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, compliance and healthcare services, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn, engage with clients, and develop your skills while building meaningful connections and strengthening your personal brand within the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare with HCPs, HCOs, or patients.
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment domestically and internationally.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders pre- and post-engagement.
• Addressing onboarding challenges and handling contract redlines.
• Handling inquiries with care and supporting invoice/payments.
• Supporting client engagement and contributing to risk management projects.
• Participating in compliance advisement and confidentiality oversight.
• Reviewing contracts to identify contractual risks.
• Collaborating to improve communication and active listening.
• Developing skills in risk mitigation and client support.

As a Healthcare Professional - Engagement Ambassador - Exp Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements and projects within our Advisory practice. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on risk management, helping clients navigate complex challenges and develop strategies to manage risk effectively. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions that drive their success. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

• Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions
• Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations
• Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions
• Supporting client engagement and contributing to risk management projects
• Participating in compliance advisement and oversight to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality
• Reviewing contracts and identifying contractual risks to mitigate potential issues
• Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
• Collaborating with teams to enhance communication and active listening skills
• Engaging in feedback sessions to improve personal growth and adaptability
• Utilizing knowledge of master agreements to support client needs and objectives
• Developing skills in contractual risk mitigation and compliance advisement
• Building meaningful client connections and learning to manage and inspire others

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
