PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires busca un Asociado de Auditoría Interna para entregar servicios integrales de auditoría a clientes de diversos sectores. Trabajarás en un equipo global, aplicando herramientas de IA y gestión de riesgos para fortalecer controles y garantizar el cumplimiento.

El rol exige proactividad, aprendizaje continuo y capacidad de colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para impulsar valor para los clientes y crecimiento profesional dentro de PwC.

Formación

• Inglés oral y escrito requerido.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar auditorías internas para evaluar la efectividad de los controles financieros y el cumplimiento normativo.
• Colaborar con el equipo para entregar servicios de auditoría interna de punta a punta en diversas industrias.
• Utilizar IA y tecnología de riesgos para mejorar procesos de auditoría y detectar áreas de mejora.
• Asistir en la configuración y transformación de funciones de auditoría interna para clientes.
• Recopilar y analizar datos de múltiples fuentes para identificar patrones y brindar insights.
• Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de auditoría de cumplimiento.
• Interactuar con clientes para entender sus necesidades y proponer soluciones de auditoría.
• Mantener conocimiento actualizado de normas profesionales y técnicas, incluyendo guías PwC de impuestos y auditoría.
• Adaptarse a entornos y desafíos de clientes diversos para entregar trabajo de calidad.

As an Internal Audit Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive internal audit services to clients across various industries. Within our Assurance practice, you will help clients optimize their internal audit functions, leveraging AI and risk technology to address a full spectrum of risks. Your work will empower organizations to protect value and navigate disruptions, providing them with the confidence to take calculated risks for growth.

Responsibilities

• Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with team members to deliver end-to-end internal audit services across various industries
• Utilizing AI and risk technology to enhance audit processes and identify potential areas of improvement
• Assisting in the setup and transformation of internal audit functions for clients
• Gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources to discern patterns and provide insights
• Supporting the development and implementation of compliance auditing strategies
• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored audit solutions
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of professional and technical standards, including PwC tax and audit guidance
• Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver quality work consistently
• Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

• Graduated or Pursuing Public Accountant or Business Administration or Economics degree with at least 80% of University Degree completed
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
