Third Way Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to join our platform team. You will study workflows, monitor data quality, and identify deviations in scheduling, eligibility, and patient records.

You will investigate issues, determine root causes, document fixes, and collaborate with engineers to implement durable improvements while communicating clearly with teammates in English. A strong focus on HIPAA compliance and PHI handling is required.

Formación

• Demonstrated ownership of problem resolution end-to-end.
• Ability to trace data flows and detect upstream vs downstream issues.
• Proficient in scripting and data validation with Python/SQL.
• Excellent communication of complex ideas to non-technical teammates.
• HIPAA awareness and handling PHI securely.

Responsabilidades

• Finds what is not obvious by examining operational data and deviations.
• Ensures data integrity end-to-end across systems and records.
• Owns production monitoring and sharpens alerts for known failure modes.
• Explains issues, roots cause, and fixes, and documents for teams to prevent recurrences.
