The role requires 4–7 years of Tableau development experience, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare data sources like EHR and claims data.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise with Tableau Desktop, Server, and Cloud platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large relational databases.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports for healthcare stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.
• Develop dashboards supporting clinical, operational, financial, quality, and population health initiatives.
• Create complex calculations, parameters, and LOD expressions for advanced Tableau visualizations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Perform dashboard performance tuning for large healthcare datasets.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training as needed.
