TLA Financial Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Escrow processing team and the Wire Desk across markets, ensuring accurate, on-time execution and strict adherence to procedures.

The role reports to the COO and partners with IT, Product, Compliance, Risk, and AI analytics to implement new systems, maintain strong controls, and drive continuous performance improvements in a complex financial services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience, with at least 2 years leading frontline supervisors or team leads.
• Experience in escrow, title, real estate, banking, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations with strict control requirements (e.g., wire operations, AML/KYC environments).
• Experience authoring SOPs and operating with disciplined documentation standards.
• Experience developing OKRs and conducting structured monthly performance assessments.
• English — fluent; Spanish — professional proficiency preferred for cross-border operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations for Escrow processing and Wire Desk across all markets.
• Monitor SLA adherence, cycle time, error rates, and wire processing accuracy; drive corrective actions.
• Allocate resources and balance workload to meet volume and service expectations.
• Directly manage and develop the Escrow Supervisor and Wire Desk Supervisor.
• Develop and own operations OKRs aligned with WIGs and COO direction.
• Sign off on operational readiness for system rollouts and new workflows.
