Addi is seeking a Growth Specialist in Colombia to drive data-informed growth across multiple projects. You will own data pulls, audience setup, GTM coordination, and weekly reporting, collaborating with Growth, Branding, and Product to launch campaigns in Braze when capacity requires.

You will analyze ROI, manage audience segments, and ensure clean test pools while moving fast and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Writes SQL at an intermediate level to pull and validate data from a warehouse using Databricks or similar environments.
• Reads dashboards and interprets results to inform decisions.
• Runs ROI analysis on campaigns and incentives to evaluate cost per incremental user and segment performance.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate test velocity by 30% in the first 6 months by owning data pulls, audience setup, and GTM coordination for all active projects.
• Maintain a clean, MECE test pool by managing audience segmentation and ensuring test-group separation across concurrent projects.
• Deliver weekly performance reports for every active project with zero gaps to empower the Growth Manager with reliable data.
• Own GTM coordination for at least 3 active projects simultaneously, linking Growth, Branding, and Product to keep timelines on track.
• Be ready to launch campaigns in Braze within 60 days by learning canvas structures and naming conventions for independent execution when needed.
