SOLVO S.A.S is seeking a Head of Growth to lead growth and marketing with focus on execution, data, and measurable business impact. Remote position eligible in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.

You will define strategy, drive acquisition, activation, and revenue growth, and collaborate with leadership to align growth with company priorities.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growth-focused Marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition or revenue in startups or scale-ups.
• English level C1/C2 required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented profile with strong ownership.
• Experience building systems and processes.
• Minimum education: university or technical degree.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business goals into clear, scalable growth initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
• Oversee execution of growth initiatives and campaigns across channels.
• Standardize processes for execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align growth with company priorities.
