Power Digital in Colombia is seeking an Account Growth Lead to own a portfolio of consumer services accounts, serving as the strategic partner for performance and growth. You will translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients in a cross-channel marketing environment.

The role requires 4–7 years in lead generation with client management, fluency in English, and comfort with funnel metrics.

Formación

• 4-7 years in lead generation or consumer services marketing and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, CAC, LTV.
• Experience aligning marketing to sales and working with sales teams.
• Comfort with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead weekly client calls and own performance narrative across accounts.
• Translate roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities and improve lead quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth and retention objectives.
• Define qualified leads with clients and adapt targeting and creative strategy.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
