Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer facing roles, marketing or sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with G Suite tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A reliable computer and internet connection is required for this role
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
• Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
• Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
• Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
