Holafly is seeking a Digital Account Executive to drive growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. You will manage 80–100 partners, design data-driven campaigns, and optimize performance across the US and Canada while aligning with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in affiliate marketing, strong English fluency, and experience with Impact and Ahrefs. This is a fully remote role with a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record building revenue-driving partnerships across global markets.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns in US and/or Canada.
• Native or professional fluency in English (C1).
• Proficiency with Impact platform and Ahrefs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit 80–100 affiliate partners and craft account plans.
• Maintain high-value relationships through QBRs/MBRs and strategic growth discussions.
• Monitor partner performance (Revenue, ROAS, AOV) and flag risks.
• Develop revenue acceleration plays: seasonal activations, exclusive deals, cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with policies and brand guidelines across channels.
• Pursue strategic opportunities to expand Holafly's affiliate network.
