• 5+ years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in agency setting.
• Hands-on with SEM: bid optimization, keyword research, and large enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and display.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a pod of paid advertising team members (3+ direct reports) and manage bandwidth and morale.
• Develop and execute client strategies across paid channels with a focus on growth and retention.
• Lead accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and QA processes.
• Coach team members, provide feedback, and support career progression.
• Drive proactive strategy recommendations and optimize client testing roadmaps.
• Monitor performance across accounts, conducting monthly health reviews.
