Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and narrative in client calls, serving as the strategic voice in discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and reporting, and drive long-term growth and client relationships with clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers demonstrated with clients.
• Agency experience across several clients at once with a fast pace.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
