Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will decide targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, set up tracking, produce the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell while communicating with US-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth with metrics you can share.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding and testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate results to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
