Job summary

International Rescue Committee seeks a P&C Training & Learning Delivery Specialist to design and deliver training for Workday enhancements and digital rollouts. You will create varied training assets and facilitate sessions for diverse audiences, turning stakeholder readiness into practical learning experiences.

You will build evaluation metrics, maintain a centralized library, and collaborate with Change Management to ensure scalable programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of training/learning & development experience, preferably with system rollouts or process changes.
• Solid Workday knowledge from an end-user or trainer perspective.
• Instructional design background or certification is advantageous.
• Experience building microlearning content for adult learners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of training for Workday enhancements and process changes.
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, process guides, facilitator guides, and e-learning assets.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions across the organization.
• Develop an evaluation framework to measure training effectiveness and adoption.
• Maintain a centralized training library and governance for materials.
