The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a P&C Design and Change Management Specialist to lead the people-readiness side of transformation across global HR initiatives. You will design change approaches, assess readiness, and partner with Training & Learning Delivery, Business Analysts, and P&C Partners to ensure adoption from day one.

Experience in change management for large organizations, workday familiarity, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in change management or P&C/HR transformation.
• Experience delivering structured change management on P&C technology or business projects.
• Familiarity with change management tools, templates, or frameworks.
• Solid working knowledge of Workday is a strong advantage.
• Certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute structured change management plans for P&C transformation initiatives using recognized methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments at initiative start, capturing populations, change scale, adoption risks and readiness gaps.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans with tailored messages, channels, and timing.
• Build and implement communication plans with content for audiences in coordination with the Transformation & Digital Delivery Manager.
• Proactively identify change resistance and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Establish change readiness checkpoints ahead of go-live and track adoption readiness metrics.
• Document change approaches and lessons learned for organizational knowledge.
