GXA is seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of client-facing and internal initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close projects, driving accountability and clear communication across clients, vCIOs, vITMs, engineering, service delivery, procurement, vendors, and leadership.

This role requires managing multiple initiatives—onboarding, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, deployments, and strategic operations—while ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget

Formación

• 5+ years in project management, service delivery, operations, or related roles.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or similar certifications.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with executive stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
• Experience using project management, PSA, ticketing, and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of client-facing and internal initiatives from planning through closure.
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource assignments.
• Facilitate kickoff, status, review, and closeout meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress, address delays, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain project visibility and stakeholder communications.
• Escalate blockers and risks promptly to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding, handoffs, and project closure.
