Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DS Manager, Global Payroll Product to lead payroll platform strategy, standardization, and data migrations across global teams. The role focuses on implementing compliant, scalable payroll solutions while guiding the separation of DePuy Synthes and maintaining business continuity.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and regional teams to drive automation and operational excellence, shaping the future-state payroll operating model globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7+ years in payroll/Transoformation roles preferred.
• Experience leading global payroll implementations or divestitures is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and SOX controls and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define global payroll product roadmap and ownership across platforms.
• Lead transformation initiatives: separation, go-live, hypercare, and steady state.
• Define data migration, integration, testing, and reconciliation practices.
