The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build‑out of new, future‑looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
As part of the Logistics Partner Management pillar within the Transformation function, this role supports analytics, reporting, and operational tracking activities related to 3PL partner management across the global distribution network.
The position is responsible for supporting data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting development, and operational insights generation to enable visibility into partner performance, operational execution, and adherence to defined standards and expectations. This includes supporting governance processes through preparation of analytics, tracking partner-related metrics, and identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the logistics partner network.
The role works closely with regional teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to support data‑driven decision‑making, operational transparency, and continuous improvement within the asset‑light operating model.
