iQor is seeking a Business Analyst – Global Recruiting Transformation to support global initiatives aimed at improving recruiting processes, technology, and user experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analysis, Operations, HR/Recruiting, Process Improvement, Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, transformation, HR/recruiting operations, or technology implementation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, UAT, or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with process-mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
• Familiarity with requirements/project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Map current-state and future-state recruiting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Partner with Recruiting, Product, Technology, HRIS, Operations, and vendors to define effective solutions.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, UAT, testing, and solution validation.
• Ensure requirements are documented, approved, and traceable throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support global and regional rollouts, identifying local requirements and process variations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, playbooks, RACIs, and other process documentation.
• Assess the impact of process and technology changes on recruiters, hiring managers, and other users.
• Partner with Enablement teams to support training and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Conduct post-go-live reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
