Sanofi Bogotá seeks a Project Manager for SILC to drive delivery of strategic initiatives in a global, matrixed setting. You will lead planning, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure governance and reporting across launch-related programs.

The role requires strong PM skills, English at C1, and familiarity with MS Office 365 and Power BI. 50% remote work is possible; healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
• Deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Healthcare/pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects with milestones, risks, and dependencies managed.
• Coordinate stakeholders across global teams, affiliates, and external partners for alignment.
• Manage governance activities: status reporting, meetings, and executive updates.
• Create dashboards, presentations, and SharePoint sites for visibility into progress.
• Support vendor coordination, contracting processes, budget tracking, and admin workflows.
• Identify risks/opportunities, escalate issues, and suggest solutions to keep timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and better ways of working in SILC.
