Sanofi in Bogotá, Colombia, invites seasoned leaders to join SILC as Team Lead - Project Manager. You will mentor a team of Project Managers, drive governance, and translate strategic priorities into executable plans across a global matrix organization.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, report progress to leadership, and champion project management standards while enabling delivery that accelerates launch excellence for Sanofi.

Competenze

• Experience as a people manager with direct reports, leading team performance and delivery in a global matrix organization.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Languages: English at C1 level, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects with clear priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders across global teams to align objectives and drive progress.
• Establish governance, reporting, and performance tracking for visibility on outcomes.
• Support resource planning, workload balancing, and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized project management practices.
• Prepare and deliver updates and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
