Formación

• Bachelor's or technical degree completed or equivalent experience.
• PM certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in related fields.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile.
• Office tools, PM tools and digital marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Establish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members.
• Effectively prioritize their own tasks and manage multiple workstreams.
• Own the creation of project documentation and present improvement ideas.
• Participate in risk assessments and task estimations in team meetings.
• Support knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members.
• Manage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team.
• Create craft strategies and approaches for client projects.
