Plutus21 seeks a Platform Engineering Lead to architect and build the foundational technology platform behind how the company develops and deploys technology across its global operations. You will lead a hands-on team of Forward Deployed Engineers, remaining involved in architecture, coding, problem-solving, and production delivery as the platform scales.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering with production architecture ownership.
• Experience leading architecture and development of complex software platforms.
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, or object-based enterprise data models.
• Strong full-stack background with frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers and working with customers, executives, or operators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to travel to the United States and other locations as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and development of the core technology platform.
• Build a unified data layer connecting databases, APIs, documents, apps, and real-time sources.
• Develop an ontology/semantic layer modeling business objects, relationships, actions, and permissions.
• Create reusable frameworks and deployment patterns for rapid product development.
• Develop automation workflows and enterprise-grade security and compliance practices.
• Guide Forward Deployed Engineers and collaborate with executives and customers.
• Drive AI-enabled development and ensure production-grade delivery.
