Plutus21 is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to architect and build the foundational technology platform for global operations. You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, remain hands-on in architecture and coding, and drive production-ready solutions across AI-enabled enterprise deployments.

This leadership role combines platform engineering, technical strategy, and customer-facing delivery to accelerate growth and enable scalable AI systems across multiple businesses.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production software architecture.
• Experience leading the architecture and development of complex software platforms.
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, or object-based enterprise data models.
• Strong full-stack background with TypeScript, Python, React, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience building data platforms, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or ontologies.
• Track record of moving software from prototype to production deployment.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and development of the core technology platform.
• Build a unified data layer connecting databases, APIs, documents, apps, and real-time sources.
• Develop ontology and semantic layer modeling business objects and permissions.
• Create reusable frameworks for rapid development of operational apps and internal tools.
• Develop workflow and automation infrastructure for complex processes.
• Design APIs and integration frameworks for connecting applications and third-party systems.
• Establish scalable cloud architecture, deployment standards, observability, and reliability practices.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business problems into scalable platform solutions.
