Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Payroll Governance to coordinate and administer tuition payments under the ACS MBA sponsorship. You will liaise between Payroll, the COE, People Business Partners and vendors to ensure payments are tracked, processed, and reported in payroll in compliance with policies and local regulations.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data reconciliation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and large data volumes with accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll taxation and taxable benefits.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the ACS MBA participant and tuition payment tracker.
• Monitor tuition payments, reimbursements, and outstanding balances.
• Validate participant data, payment amounts, payroll eligibility.
• Reconcile payment files and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Track payroll processing status for tuition-related transactions.
• Coordinate submission of tuition payment files for payroll processing.
• Monitor payroll execution and confirm successful completion of transactions.
• Partner with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and processing issues.
• Provide updates to Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and leadership.
• Deliver regular reporting on payments, open items, and payroll completion.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding payment status and timing.
• Escalate risks or data concerns as needed.
