Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI; familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of payroll automation solutions across platforms.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Tax, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and implement scalable automation.
• Document current-state vs future-state payroll processes including dependencies (HRIS, time systems, GL, tax vendors).
• Design and build automation using Alteryx, UiPath, and Azure; ensure scalability across cycles and countries.
• Provide deployment, testing, and production support during payroll cycles and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll reconciliation, headcount, cost, and tax reporting.
