Johnson & Johnson seeks an Analyst Payroll to support the Capability center in Bogota with high accuracy and timeliness. The role covers time & attendance processing, payroll validation, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and evolving guidelines.

The position requires strong HR or Finance operations experience, familiarity with timekeeping systems (ADP Workforce Manager preferred), and collaboration across regional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Strong HR or Finance operations experience focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Experience with Time & Attendances processes and reporting.
• Familiar with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Record, validate, and process time and attendance data for multiple jurisdictions.
• Review, validate, and analyze payroll results and reports for accuracy.
• Support incident/change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with timekeeping system providers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
