Rapyd is seeking a Payroll Analyst to own and scale local and regional HR operations in Bogotá. You will drive end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure tax and labor compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate records and timely closings.

The role requires 1–3 years of payroll processing experience, strong Excel and HRIS proficiency, and professional English (B2) for cross-border collaboration, with a focus on LATAM payroll frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or a related field and 1–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Deep understanding of local labor regulation and social security registration.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll software, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing with external vendors.
• Ensure payroll accuracy with reconciliations and audit trails.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation and contracts.
• Serve as main payroll and admin contact for in-country partners.
