Johnson & Johnson's Bogota Capability Center seeks an Analyst in Finance/Payroll to deliver timely, accurate operations across the Americas. You will review results, support incident and change management, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company tools and SOX.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in Payroll or HR operations, strong English, and familiarity with US payroll concepts.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years payroll or HR operations experience (Americas).
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Payroll knowledge of US processing.
• CPP/FPC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and Long Term incentives in Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analyses and reconciliations pre-payroll.
• Provide payroll expertise during testing, data management, and documentation.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls in payroll processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to JJ policies.
