The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations, with fluency in English and Spanish, and a keen eye for detail. Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a numerical/finance-related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.
• Strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Builds positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while staying accurate.
• Portuguese is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client funds are managed securely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Support timely collection and processing of payments for excellent service.
• Build trusted client relationships by being a key payment contact.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move funds smoothly.
• Use financial reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with teams across LATAM, the UK, Brazil, and India for international exposure.
