Insight Global’s Global Operations team is the perfect place for you. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about advancing their careers by playing a pivotal role in the international launch and expansion of our operations.

As the Global Operations Generalist, you will drive onboarding, worker classification, timesheet management, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with legal, sales, and recruiters to ensure accurate, country-specific processes and timely support for global clients.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Onboard consultants into supplier portals and coordinate background screens.
• Ensure onboarding complies with legal and client requirements.
• Track candidate status with Account Managers and Recruiters.
• Vet background checks and liaise with legal on adverse results.
• Assist in worker classification by country and opportunities intake.
• Audit onboarding requests for correct worker classification.
• Migrate timesheet data from core systems to supplier systems.
• Review overtime payments and support payroll calculations.
• Resolve issues related to overpayments and claw backs.
• Provide escalation support to account managers and recruiters on international inquiries.

As the Global Operations Generalist, you will be at the forefront of understanding and educating the company on how IG supports our clients globally. You will also facilitate and manage several of our operational processes. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex topics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Consultant Onboarding: Work with various suppliers and onboard consultants into the supplier portals. Partner with legal in determining and vetting the background screens that are legally able to be run in each individual country.
• Compare the legal requirements against client requirements to ensure that IG is onboarding new consultants in accordance with legal and client requirements.
• Follow up with Account Managers and Recruiters on where their candidates stand within the onboarding process.
• Vet all background checks to ensure they are completed to satisfy the requirements and partner with legal on any adverse results.
• Worker Classification Management: Aid our sales and recruiting teams on understanding how worker classification is defined country by country. Intaking new opportunities and aiding in the determination of worker classification.
• Auditing all onboarding requests to ensure that they are onboarded with the correct worker classification.
• Timesheet Management: Take time from core IG systems and migrate them to supplier systems for accurate payment.
• Review any over time payments and aid payroll in the appropriate calculation.
• Review any over payments applied to resources and aid in the management of claw back process.
• General Support: Serve as escalation point for Account Managers and Recruiters for all international inquiries ranging from what countries we can support, if a worker needs visa assistance, payroll and / or timesheet concerns, onboarding questions, client support question and employee management concerns.
