O-I seeks a Global Process Owner for Opportunity to Cash to shape the end-to-end O2C strategy and drive global transformation. You will standardize processes, lead cross-functional governance with Commercial, Finance, IT and Treasury, and push digital enablement across CRM, ERP and workflow platforms.

You will own policies, measure performance with KPIs, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure compliant and efficient cash flow. An emphasis on RPA, AI, and continuous improvement is key.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams including Commercial, Finance, IT, Treasury, and external MSPs.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the long-term vision for the Opportunity to Cash process with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a global transformation roadmap focused on standardization and digital enablement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for end-to-end performance and compliance.
• Own global O2C policies and controls ensuring governance and risk management.
• Lead global initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize O2C through automation and agile execution.
