A global staffing agency is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements. This fully remote role will involve coordinating complex logistics, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of corporate travel experience and 4 years of end-to-end travel planning expertise. • Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end travel planning.
• Familiarity with international travel regulations and visas.

Responsabilidades

• Research and coordinate travel services including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare cost projections and manage expense reporting.
• Analyze travel processes for efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and government policies.
• Leading visa strategy execution and coordinating relocation logistics with external agencies and providers.
• Documenting, maintaining, and continuously improving operational processes.

Overview of the role:

The Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent will manage international travel and mobility arrangements for employees and clients. This role focuses on coordinating complex travel logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across global operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Researching, arranging, and coordinating travel services including flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, and related services.
• Preparing cost projections and managing expense reporting and reconciliation.
• Analyzing and improving travel and mobility processes to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and government policies.
• Leading visa strategy execution and coordinating relocation logistics with external agencies and providers.
• Documenting, maintaining, and continuously improving operational processes.

Requirements:

• Corporate Travel Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing corporate travel operations.
• Travel Planning: Minimum 4 years of experience in end‑to‑end travel planning.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international travel regulations, visas, and mobility requirements.
• Communication: Ability to build trustful and professional relationships with stakeholders.
