Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 2–5 years in supply chain, logistics, analytics, or operations support
• Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, or performance tracking
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support development and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics for 3PL partner operations
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze regional data and partner performance
• Track KPIs and operational metrics related to service and governance
• Prepare reporting materials and provide analytical insights for governance forums
• Identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in logistics data
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and data repositories
• Assist in issue tracking and escalation visibility
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support continuous improvement through analytics of performance trends
• Document and standardize reporting methodologies and KPI definitions
