Job summary

Inchcape Digital in Bogotá, part of Inchcape global network, is seeking a Global LMS Administrator to support our learning ecosystem. You will manage LMS operations, provide user support, maintain data accuracy, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees worldwide.

The role emphasizes first-line LMS support, profile maintenance, content publishing, reporting, and collaboration with global learning teams. Fluent English is required; Spanish or LMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administration, customer support, HR, Learning & Development, shared-services, or systems support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish and LMS experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line LMS support for users, including access, enrollment, completion records, and navigation.
• Maintain user profiles, learning assignments, course records, and LMS data accuracy.
• Upload, test, publish, and manage learning content and resources.
