Job summary

Inchcape Digital is hiring a Global LMS Administrator to support our worldwide learning ecosystem. You will manage LMS operations, ensure data accuracy, and provide user support for employees around the world.

The role requires 1–2 years in admin or related fields, strong MS 365 skills (Excel/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint), and excellent attention to detail with fluent English. Spanish and LMS experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administration, customer support, HR, L&D or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps and data accuracy.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line LMS support including access, enrollment and records.
• Maintain user profiles, course data, and LMS content publishing.
• Create LMS reports and dashboards on participation and compliance.
• Assist global learning teams with guidance and training materials.
• Contribute to system testing and continuous improvement.
