ARQ seeks a Licensing Lead to own the global licensing workstream end to end, coordinating across product, legal, operations, and finance. You will track active and upcoming licenses across jurisdictions, drive deliverables, and ensure ARQ holds necessary regulatory permissions to operate and scale.

This role sits at the intersection of regulatory strategy, product, operations, legal, and finance, offering high ownership in a fast-growing fintech environment with senior leadership exposure.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills: break complex, ambiguous situations into clear plans.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; synthesize complexity for senior audiences.
• Proven project management and organisational ability across multiple workstreams.
• Strong learning velocity and intellectual curiosity across legal, regulatory, financial, and technical domains.
• High ownership mentality with bias for action and accountability.
