Amazon is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager for CSX Learning Delivery, based in Bogotá with remote work flexibility. You will lead end-to-end delivery of training programs for Customer Service Associates, manage a team of 8-12 Trainers, and drive execution across multilingual hubs to meet high-volume demand.

You will partner with operations, workforce planning, and quality teams, focusing on data-driven decisions, training quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of managing teams experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments with deadlines or end-to-end project management.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven track record of running end-to-end training programs in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Comfortable navigating dashboards, reporting tools, and performance data to drive informed decisions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Set training strategy for language hubs to cover onboarding, up-skilling, and cross-skilling.
• Lead delivery of training programs and coach trainers to improve performance.
• Ensure sufficient trained trainers to meet year-round demand across languages.
• Collaborate with operations, workforce planning, content design, and quality teams to align training with business needs.
• Use data to monitor training impact across quality, productivity, and learner sentiment.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements, adopting new AI-enabled tools as needed.
