Job summary

Salvatech in Colombia seeks an HR Associate to own the HR function end-to-end, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations, in a fast-paced, international setting. You will support SEC-related compliance, maintain confidential records, and partner with leadership on policies, across the U.S., Europe and Latin America, as part of a lean global team.

The role is full-time, remote (EST hours), with holidays aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Human Resources, managing the HR function end to end.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally financial services.
• Fluent English (C1), written and spoken.
• Strong organization, discretion and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with a small, international team.
• Nice to HaveExperience with ADP.
• Experience supporting SEC or other regulatory compliance programs.
• Experience at a venture capital, private equity or investment firm.
• Experience supporting employees in multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations end to end for a team across the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
• Process and oversee payroll through ADP.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure every step is documented and completed on time.
• Handle employee relations, acting as the main point of contact for team members on HR matters.
• Support the people side of the firms SEC compliance program, including the annual compliance manual, employee certifications and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with leadership on HR policies, processes and continuous improvement.
